The founder of the International Superhero Association, a metaphor which demonstrates how we all have the ability to perform at the level of a Superhero, Jez worked in sales, for the NHS and as a stand-up comedian. Shortly after leaving the NHS, Jez began working as a Psychological Consultant for businesses, which confirmed his suspicions of the challenges businesses face in raising the bar and maintaining energised and passionate staff teams. Jez has made numerous television appearances including in his own 60-minute special for ITV and interviewing Jackie Chan and Steve Coogan for BBC1.
