MÖLNLYCKE TRIUMPHANT!
High praise indeed from Mölnlycke as Jez inspires the UK team.
Jez often receives instant feedback from delighted delegates at conferences and meetings he is asked to speak at, but sometimes all of the right factors align and a brilliant session, becomes a triumphant one.
In February Mölnlycke held their UK national 2024 kick-off conference and invited Jez to deliver the opening keynote session to the second day, followed by a workshop helping delegates explore behaviours required to achieve high performance and the 2024 strategy.
With a dedicated and determined group of 100 delegates from across the UK gathered to hear from Jez and better understand what they could do to influence and change behaviour for maximum impact, Jez delivered a tailored presentation, which looked at the essential questions organisations and individuals need to ask in order to become high performing, and the psychological principles required to successfully and quickly move the needle.
A previous client from another organisation who Jez had worked with a few years prior initially got in contact to request Jez again, this time as part of her new appointment with Mölnlycke. Jez said:
“It is always a real delight when clients get back in touch to ask me to work with them again - many of those clients I’ve been working with for over 10 years now! But it’s so joyful when clients move to a new company and take me with them on their career journey.”
His 60 minute keynote filled the room with laughter and reflection - and plenty of note-taking! Set in front of the inspiring and environmentally friendly stage designed and installed by the team at Production Bureau, Jez felt right at home surrounded by nature, and gave details about his own journey in sustainability creating the world’s first certified Carbon Neutral honey farm.
A specially devised workshop enabled Jez to take things a little further and help delegates get under the skin of some of the challenges faced, with specific strategies for how they can move the needle on performance and delivery of success.
Back at the office we’re used to receiving compliments from people who have listened to, or worked with Jez, but we weren’t quite expecting to be so overwhelmed by the flood of positive messages from those in the audience! Just some of the feedback from Jez’s session:
